PURPOSE: To provide a method of fast meat stewing using glutinous rice for stewed meat dishes. CONSTITUTION: A material and a method for fast stewing are provided. When meat is stewed, an appropriate amount of glutinous rice, the rice powder or the granules are admixed and the mixture is stewed in a shortened time. This material gives delicious meat of soft and smooth texture. |
