<p>PURPOSE: To improve an operator's work efficiency by illuminating the whole of a patient's oral cavity with sufficient brightness maintained. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 1 with a nozzle forward end 7 for insertion in a patient's oral cavity is formed out of a light introducing member, and the base of the nozzle 1 is detachably connected to the forward end center of an operator's grip section 6. Also, a light box with a built-in light source is fixed to the section 6. Furthermore, the section 6 is provided with an optical fiber 2 and constitution is so made that light from the light box passes through the nozzle 1 for illuminating the oral cavity. Also, one end of a hose 4 is connected to the rear end of the section 6, and the other end thereof is connected to a body section 5.</p> |
