A device for adjusting the position of a tooth is disclosed, specifically, an injection-moulded plastic bracket or vestibular tube with a foot element (pad 1) provided with a concave underside (2) for cementing to the anterior tooth surface and a top side on which there is a receiving and guide element (3) for an arch wire, said element (3) being injected in one piece with the pad (1). Undercut projections (9, 10) or hollows (26), formed during the injection moulding process, are provided on the underside (2) of the pad (1).
