PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting and demounting of a slidable board from a curved orbital rail and absorb the installation error by forming a rolling body traveling groove on the upper surface side of a ring-shaped curved orbital rail and forming a rolling body traveling groove on the left or right side surface, and forming a rolling body rolling groove on a slidable board in correspondence with these rolling body rolling grooves. CONSTITUTION:A curved line movement guide device 1 is constituted of a ring-shaped curved orbital rail 2 and a slide board 4 which is assembled in a shiftable manner through a number of rolling bodies (balls) 3 with the rail 2. The curved orbital rail 2 is formed to a nearly rectangular shaped section and has the ball rolling grooves 8a and 9a on the upper surface 5 side and one side surface of the inside surface 6 or the outside surface 7. While, the slide board 4 has the ball rolling grooves 8b and 9b corresponding to the ball rolling grooves 8a and 9a, and the slidable board body 13 having the nonloaded rolling body release holes 11 and 12 which extend in parallel to the ball rolling grooves 8b and 9b is provided, and the side covers 15 and 15 having each direction change passage at both the end parts of the slidable board body 13 are provided. |
