PURPOSE:To simplify processing of software and to enable addition of check bit by processing the command control required for writing into flash memory using hardware. CONSTITUTION:In writing data into flash memory, a command generating circuit 5 which conducts outputting of command data required for writing and sequence control is provided to write the output data of MPU 1 and the check code outputted from a check code generating circuit 2 according to the content of data. Hence, this method simplifies data writing and writing of processed data into flash memory using software and enables data writing added with a check code, improving reliability in the computer system. |
