<p>PURPOSE: To provide strong heater and heating controller with which the temperature can be set, heat transmission efficiency is satisfactory, assembly is facilitated and the damage of heating element is reduced, even when illumination condition is dark, etc. CONSTITUTION: A heater and heating controller 10 improved for suitably maintaining the appropriate temperature is provided on a liquid-state environment such as in a rearing water tank 12. The heating controller 10 is provided with the heating element inside a heater system 14, and the heating element is housed in a protection case, in order to reduce damages. The protection case is provided with a lot of openings for allowing the direct contact of the heating element and water in the water tank 12. A controller 16 is provided with a new optical display for displaying the temperature of water.</p> |
