The device includes a controlled cylindrical brush provided to be placed against this cover, this brush normally placed in a recess. A detergent is projected onto this brush in operation. A first spray tube (14) penetrates in the field of rotation of the bristles and projects detergent in the cylindrical brush (2). There is a second spray tube (15) which also penetrates equally in the field of rotation of the bristles and projects water on the bristles at the end of the first wash using the detergent. One part of the bristles of the cylindrical brush is made of natural fibres which absorbs wetness.
