PURPOSE:To obtain the control device of an image forming device constituted so that the image forming device is controlled by interlocking with the insertion and the ejection of a card, an action equal to an interruption mode is obtained without depressing an interruption key and a copying mode need not be reset when the copying mode peculiar to some category card is set in the case that the image forming device is utilized by many category cards. CONSTITUTION:The control device 1 is provided with a RAM 13 storing a code added on the card and the copying mode set in the image forming device by making them correspond to each other, a sensor 14 detecting the insertion and the ejection of the card and a CPU 10 reading out the code of the card and the copying mode stored in the RAM 13 by being made to correspond to each other when the insertion of the card is detected and executing such control that the code of the card before the ejection and the copying mode are written in the RAM 13 by being made to correspond to each other when the ejection of the card is detected. |
