PURPOSE: To provide a counter assembly which is substantially decreased in the number of components, and low in cost and simple, and has high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A counter includes a nearly circular rotatable actuator 18 which is fitted by being fixed to one end of a shaft 19 having a thread cut in its surface, a magnet 24 molded out of a flexible magnetic material fitted to the thread-cut surface 22 of the shaft 19 adjacently to the actuator member 18, a means which fixes the magnet 24 against rotary motion and allows it to move longitudinally along the thread-cut surface 22 of the shaft, and a means 14 which rotates the actuator member 18 in the direction wherein the magnet is carried along the thread-cut surface of the shaft separately from the actuator member 18. |
