<p>The invention relates to a measurer for successively and rhythmically drawing off measured quantities of liquid from a reservoir (7), comprising a measurer body (26) intended to be mounted in a fixed manner with respect to the reservoir (7), characterised in that it comprises a drawing-off plunger (31) and means (32) of transmission of movement to drive this plunger (31) with an alternating motion in the liquid, resulting in the measuring of the liquid in one direction and in the pumping of the liquid in the other direction.
