PURPOSE:To obtain a propylene polymer compsn. excellent in coatability with a urethane coating material, etc., by compounding a propylene polymer, an olefinic elastomer, and a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer each in a specified amt. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. in total of 99-10 pts.wt. propylene polymer (e.g. an ethylene-propylene copolymer) and 1-90 pts.wt. olefin elastomer (e.g. an ethylene-butene-1 copolymer rubber) is compounded with 0.01-20 pts.wt. saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer (e.g. a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) to give the objective compsn. The compsn. is pref. further compounded with 0.01-5 pts.wt. organotin compd. and/or tertiary amine compd. and dynamically thermally treated in the presence of an org. peroxide to thereby be partially crosslinked. |
