There is disclosed an apparatus for testing biological molecular indicators in blood comprising a (preferably tubular) container (10), and a sample compartmentalized container (12) holding labelled ligands (50) and beads (25) with immobilized ligands (60). Blood is collected in the container under pressure to flow through the sample comparmentalized container which screens off the red blood cells so that enzymes of the labelled ligands are carried by the blood fluid to a reactent solution (28) which is coloured by specific labelled ligands to indicate the presence of specific ligands. |
