PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting magnet device for magnetic levitation type vehicle which is strong in strength and is high in reliability and productiv ity, by a method wherein bonding of the central parts or bonding of end parts of the multiple cylinders of a heat insulating support is performed through a connection means. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating support outer bath 16 is constituted of cylindrical members 16a and 16b and a heat insulating support inner bath 17 is constituted of cylindrical members 17a and 17b. The members 16a and 16b and 17a and 17b are secured in a metallic connection means 18 provided around grooves, in which the cylindrical members 16a and 16b and 17a and 17b are respectively fitted, on the side of the outer periphery of both ends of the means 18 and on the side of the inner periphery of both ends of the means 18 by a fitting force or using together the fitting force and the adhesive force of a bonding agent. Accordingly, the strength of a heat insulating support is improved as the connection means 28 is a metallic one, variation in the strength of a product adopting the support is little and the reliability and productivity of the product can be both enhanced. |
