This harrow includes a lattice (12) of wirelike metal rods forming a chassis to which are fastened scraping teeth (tines) (14) which are also wirelike. Each tine (14) includes a fixing arm (28) fastened to the two transverse rods (18A, 18B) of a mesh (20) of the lattice. The fixing arm (28) extends between an end hook (34) fastened to a first transverse rod (18A) of the mesh and a shoulder (32) fixed to the second transverse rod (18B) of the mesh by a clamping pin (36). The means (28, 32, 34, 36) for fastening the tines are independent of the position of these tines on the transverse rods of the lattice. <IMAGE>
