PURPOSE:To fix a key without an impact on a bearing by superposing the taper recessed parts of a pair of blocks in a facing condition on each other, and making a part of the pin peripheral surface, first, come into contact with the central part in the peripheral direction of the taper recessed part when a taper pin is inserted into the taper recessed part. CONSTITUTION:When a pair of blocks 5 are made to face each other, and a taper pin 3 is disposed between them to be inserted into a key way between shafts 7, 8, both the side parts of the taper pin 3 come into contact with the central part of the semicircle of the respective blocks 5 by 10% of a complete circle, a non-contact part 13 is formed by 90% around respective block side wall surfaces 12, and a small clearance 9 is formed between the block 5 and the key way. When a tightening means 6 is screwed in a threaded part 2 to be rotated, and the taper pin 3 is relatively-moved to the blocks 5, the clearance between the block 5 and the key way is eliminated to form the small clearance 9 between the side wall surface 12 of the block 5. At this time, the non-contact part 13 becomes approximately 10%, and the contact surface of the taper pin 3 with the taper recessed part becomes approximately 90%. It is thus possible to prevent an impact from being given to a bearing for no damage to the bearing at the time of installing a key. |
