TOMOGRAPHY OBTAINING METHOD PROVIDED WITH TWO DETECTORS EACH HAVING SIGHTING CENTER DIFFERENT FROM ROTARY CENTER

PURPOSE: To obtain efficiency by providing a different geometric layout of cameras and an inspection parameter with a camera having two heads to double the sensitivity of the camera. CONSTITUTION: An angle decision shaft in the direction of each sight of two detection heads 8 and 9 is made parallel with a rotating shaft 2 of a stand 1, which 2 is positioned with a plane defined by the two angle decision shafts and the direction of the sight of each of the detection heads 8 and 9 is determined by the decision of an angle. The center of the sight is determined to have a deviation from the rotating shaft. The motion of the stand 1 for a patient 26 makes a circular arc. Thus, a tomographic image of a nuclear medical inspection is acquired by aγray camera with two inspection heads 8 and 9 which are held facing each other by the stand 1 turning on the center of the rotating shaft 2.
