The present invention relates to an odor leakage preventing device, and a waterspout having the same. More specifically, provided are the waterspout having the same, and the odor leakage preventing device reducing manufacturing costs and increasing durability. According to the present invention, the odor leakage preventing device installed in the waterspout comprises: a blocking plate blocking an odor; a rotary guide member coupled to the blocking plate; a blocking unit housing where the rotary guide member is installed; and a restoring weight member coupled to a bottom surface of the blocking plate.
