PURPOSE:To enable smooth movement of a feed table without impact by engaging a ridge on the outer circumference of a plurality of driving rollers shaft- supported by a holding part integral with the feed table with a ridge of a screw shaft and by moving the feed table by rotation of the screw shaft through the driving roller. CONSTITUTION:When a screw shaft 2 whose both ends are supported by a bearing is rotated by a servo motor or the like, since ridges (one ridge for rollers 3-1 and 3-2 and two ridges for rollers 3-3 and 3-4) formed on the outer circumference of a plurality of rollers 3 (3-1 to 3-4) rotatably supported by a roller holding part body 4 is engaged with a screw face of the screw shaft 2, each of the rollers 3 is rotated. And as the ridge of the screw shaft 2 is moved in the axial direction by one pitch for one rotation at this time, a feed table to which the rollers 3 and the roller holding part body 4 are fixed is moved exactly by one pitch for one rotation of the screw shaft 2, but the movement is smooth as the motion inside a device is rotary. |
