PURPOSE:To attain accurate data totalization by registering the completion of input in each item and checking the input completion states of respective items prior to the execution of data totalization. CONSTITUTION:One of data input pictures 8a to 8n is selected and accessed on/from a menu screen 7, and when an item A is selected, the picture 8a is displayed and data are inputted from a keyboard while moving a cursor in a data column on the screen. After completing the input of all members, a function key is depressed in order to input the succeeding item and the picture 8a is returned to the menu screen. In this case, a message inquiring whether 'input completion' is to be registered or not is displayed before returning the screen to the menu screen. When 'Y' (yes) for the inquiry is inputted, the 'input completion' of the item A is registered and the menu screen 7 is restored. Finally a data totalization/output screen 9 is accessed and data totalizing processing is executed, so that the 'input completion' registered states of the input items A to N are displayed on the screen 9 as a list and the data input status of the whole items can be displayed. |
