<p>A device for making holes for the implantation of interlocking nails having distal locking bores (16,18), comprising an X-ray source (20) having a housing and a beam axis (24) and an associated image converter (22) having an entrance window and aligned with said locking bores, said device comprising further a drilling tool (40) for drilling the corticalis coaxially with said axis of said bores and guide means (50) for guiding said drilling tool, in which a corner drill is provided having a chuck (42) and a coupling fitting (46) opposite to said chuck and that a telescopic guide member (50) is provided adapted to be coupled to said fitting with one end and to engage said window of said image converter by its opposite end or a front portion of said housing of said X-ray source, respectively, such that the axis of said guide member is coaxial with said axis. <IMAGE></p> |
