<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic clutch which is excellent in durability and workability, and small in size. CONSTITUTION:An armature which is arranged opposite to a clutch rotor is comprised of an external armature 2 and an internal armature 3, and these two armatures are connected to each other by means of a leaf spring 5. The internal armature 3 is connected to an inner hub 41 through a rubber-like elastic body 45. A clutch rotor 92 and an electromagnetic coil 93 are arranged in an opposite manner in the armatures 2,3. When the clutch is turned on, the external armature 2 and the internal armature 3 are attracted by the clutch rotor 92 successively, leading to less loads on the rubber-like elastic body 45.</p> |
