PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. for making a sheet resistant to migration or transfer of ink from printed characters, etc. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. internally plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin is compounded with 0-30 pts.wt. plasticizer and 1-10 pts.wt. stabilizer to give a polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. for making a sheet having a high resistance to migration of ink, i.e., a high resistance to staining, together with an improved flame retardance. |
