PURPOSE:To easily obtain a resin product wherein a skin body and a core material are integrated by using a laminated sheet consisting of a skin layer and a cushion layer as a material to form the skin body by vacuum molding and setting the skin body to a press mold and superposing a heated crosslinked foamed PP sheet on the skin body to press the same. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 13 is formed, for example, by integrally bonding a skin layer 13a formed into a sheet using a vinyl chloride resin and a cushion layer 13b formed into a sheet using a foamable resin by flame treatment or an adhesive. The laminated sheet 13 grasped by a sheet holder 12 is heated and softened by a heater 14 and molded by a vacuum mold 11 and demolded to obtain a vacuum molded product 21 which is, in turn, set to the cavity mold 16 of the press mold. A polypropylene sheet containing a foaming agent is heated, crosslinked and foamed by a heater 20 and a core mold 17 is allowed to fall and the foamed sheet 18 is pressed to the vacuum molded product 21 to obtain the product wherein the vacuum molded product 21 and the foamed sheet 18 are integrated. |
