PURPOSE:To stick a lid body to a container body favorably and firmly so as to prevent them from the exfoliation and liquid leakage in the fixedly stuck interface by patially forming the fixedly stuck portions of the container body and lid body, of a resin material, so as to unify them fixedly through a process of welding. CONSTITUTION:The resin portion of a container body 12, i.e., flange 24 portion is provided with an annular projection 32, while a small projection 34 entering a space between the projections 32, 32 and a projection 38 caught in the proximal portion 36 of an elastic projection 31 to restrict the projection 31 are formed on the collar section 20 of a lid body 14. After pouring hot melt resin 40 in an annular groove between the projections 32, 32, fit surfaces 42, 44 of the flange portion 24 and collar section 20 are fitted to each other so that the flange portion 24 of the container body 12 and the collar section 20 of the lid 14 are subjected to mutlal supersonic welding. Then, the upper portion of the projection 32 is melted to be united with the collar section 20 of the lid body 14 so that the flange portion 24 is firmly fixed to the collar section 20 to be united with each other. |
