TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER IN MAGNETIC SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To always obtain stable output by detecting the temp. rise of a magnetic sensor (MR element) and operating a thermoelectric element on the basis of the detection result to cool the MR element. CONSTITUTION:The temp. rise of an MR element 1 is detected by a control means 4 and a temp. control signal M2 for operating a thermoelectric element 2 on the basis of the detection data M1 is outputted to a drive means 6. Therefore, the MR element 1 is cooled by the thermoelectric element 2 and can be also held to temp. becoming a definite standard. By this method, the drift of the detection data M1 of the MR element 1 generated by the heat from the MR element 1 or from the peripheral circuit thereof is suppressed and stable output is always obtained.
