The blind dispenser (1) incorporates one or more pumps (3). The latter can be actuated by pressure on a handle (12) for fluid(s) held in a container (2). A discharge passage (22) leads from the pump chamber (8) to the outlet (23), and there is a suction passage (24) with a valve, shutting in the discharge direction. The pump is actuated by compressed air, supplied from the container. In the discharge position, the suction and discharge passages are connected directly by a bypass round the pump chamber.
