<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the influence of each cell operation and the other cell operation in a well by providing the prescribed separation means, separating programming voltage from an control input, and always making the control input an appropriate level. CONSTITUTION: Programming voltage VPP is supplied to a programming voltage input 104 in a program or a programming mode. When the voltage of a line 104 is raised to power source voltage or more, an output of an inverter 144 is raised following this. As gate voltage and source voltage of a transistor TR 150 follows output voltage of the inverter 144, the TR 150 is turned off. Thereby, voltage VPP is separated from the gate of the inverter 144. A TR 166 is turned off by output voltage of an inverter 160 supplied to the TR 166, and a path between the line 104 and a TR 164 is formed. This makes an output of the inverter 160 raise to voltage VPP, and an input of the inverter 160 is separated from voltage VPP. Thereby, data and an control input are always maintained at an appropriate level.</p> |
