PURPOSE:To provide an entitled mixer capable of mixing large volumes of granules almost homogeneously, by providing a vertical receiving tank consisting of partitioned chambers obtd. by dividing the tank into partitions similar in volume to the mixer, above the batch-type mixer. CONSTITUTION:A receiving tank B having an axis in the perpendicular direction is installed above a batch type granules mixer A, and the inside of the tank B is divided with radial partition plates 21 into many partitioned chambers 22 each having a volume similar to that of the mixer A. Granules received with a receiver 29 and lifted with a bucket elevator C are equaly distributed into each chamber 22 with a rotary chute 28 provided on the upper part of the tank B. Different kinds of granules or granules scattering in properties are also equally distributed. The gate 23 formed at the bottom of one of the chambers 22 is opened by actuating a solenoid 24, etc., the granules are introduced into the mixer A from a hopper 27, perforated vibration plates 13 are vibrated with a vibrator 18, the granules are simultaneously mixed and dropped through a large number of holes 14 to the space between the plates 13 and slant walls 11, and carried out with a belt coveyor 20. |
