The printing press has a cylinder (8) with rubber blanket (9) and round which a number of other cylinders (10) are mounted, accommodating printing plates (20). A clamping bush (15) slides onto each plate cylinder, for which an inking mechanism (11) is provided. The cylinders (10, 29) and bushes have portions engaging together, and each plate has a datum mark (23) in the same place, so that plates, bushes and cylinders are secured together in the same relative positions.
