PURPOSE: To reduce the investment and running cost for suppressing condensation by equipping the interior of an another vessel with a membrane system, thermally insulating this vessel and heating the vessel, thereby maintaining desired overheating with respect to the feed gas to be passed to the membrane system. CONSTITUTION: A dialysis membrane system 13 houses a membrane module capable of selectively permeating a more easily permeable component within a feed gaseous stream from a not so much easily permeable component. A heat supplying means 11 superheats the feed gas stream before passing the feed gas to the dialysis membrane system 13 and supplies heat to the extent of heating the feed gas under the feed gas pressure to a temp. higher than its saturation temp. to the feed gas stream. Further, the thermally insulated vessel 9 encloses the membrane system 13 and the means 11 and suppresses the loss of the heat so as to prevent all the heat loss from increasing larger than the heat supplied by the means 11 and to maintain the superheating state with respect to the feed gas stream to be passed through the membrane system 13. As a result, the condensation of the component of the feed gas stream in the membrane system 13 is effectively prevented and the stable uniform adjustment of the temp. in the membrane system 13 is maintained. |
