<p>Heating, bending and cooling system of glass, which consists of a horizontally-standing bending mold located in the oven (1) on two or more supporting/bearing elements (5), and which is formed of pipe-like elements, located separately. Other/both ends of aforesaid elements are led out of the oven (1) chamber through special plates (17). In the upper part (2) of the chamber of the oven (1) is located in a horizontal position a group of pipe-like elements (14), which can be lowered, located on supporting/bearing elements. Pipe-like elements can at the same time act as carrying elements for bending glass on the bending mold, while line-like carrying points give shape to the glass (6), act as heating elements, act as cooling, air-distributing and directing devices and act as a mold surface with the aid of simultaneous and, to the same extent back and forth, movement of pipes (5), which surface touching the glass is constantly moving. Pipe-like elements (14) located in the upper part of the oven chamber can freely operate as both cooling air distributing and directing devices.</p> |
