<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently execute schedule operation for a working line by allowing an automatic store side to send materials approximately corresponding to the number of commands to a working cell with a pallet based upon a delivery command, furthermore deliver the lacking number of materials and properly store residual materials sent from a working cell side. CONSTITUTION:In a device for executing the schedule operation of a working line provided with the working cell 1 and the automatic store 3 by means of an intelligent main controller 5, the working cell 1 side is commanded to deliver the prescribed number of materials for succeeding work to the store 3 side based upon schedule information and working information. When the number of materials delivered to a loader 7 is less than the commanded number, a deliver command for the lacking number of materials is outputted. The pallet is sent to an unloader 9 after the end of working, but if materials are left on the pallet, a store/deliver command device 15 commands to store the residual materials in the store 3. Thus, the store 3 side delivers the pallet mounting the number of materials almost equal to the commanded number based upon the deliver command, and if residual materials exist, properly stores the materials.</p> |
