Title cpds. of formula (I): (where R1 is lower alkyl; Y is lower alkyl substd. by halogen; R2 is H or lower alkyl; X is H, halogen, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, and n is 1 or 2) which inhibit the growth of phytopathogenic bacteria, are prepd. by reacting a cpd. of formula (II) R1S(YO)POCl with an aniline of formula (III): Esp. active against Pyricularia oryzae and Pellicularia sasakii in rice crops.
