发明名称 APPARATUS FOR DETECTING IONIZATION OF HYDROGEN FLAME
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a good guantifying propery and good reproducibility, by arranging an electrode means consisting of an anode and a cathode in the vicinity of the leading end of a hydrogen flame so that said electrode means is exposed to the combustion gas generated when a substance to be detected is burnt by the hydrogen flame. CONSTITUTION:An electrode means 9 is constitution by concentrically arranging a small diameter cylindrical cathode element 11 inside a large diameter cylindrical anode element 10. The projection 12 integrally formed to the anode element 10 is connected to the position pole of a power source 7 through an amplifier 6 and the projection 13 formed to the cathode element 11 pieces through the opening part of the anode element 10 to extent to the outside to be connected to the negative pole of the power source 7. When the separated specimen substance on a thin layer chromatograph 8 is burnt by a hydrogen flame 4, combustion gas becomes an ionized state and an ion current is generated in the anode element 10 and amplified by the amplifier 6 to be recorded on a recorder.
