PURPOSE:To provide ceramic-metal bonded body which is resistant to breakage and is highly reliable by providing a groove part of the ceramic-metal bonded body to the entire outside peripheral part of a metallic member in such a manner that a fitting end is located at the position corresponding to said groove part. CONSTITUTION:The groove part 26 is formed to the outside periphery in a recess 24 of the metallic member 23 in the position corresponding to the fitting end 25 of the bonded body. The difference between the bottom diameter D of the groove part 26 of the metallic member 23 and the outside diameter Dc in a projecting part 22 of the ceramic member 21 is assumed to be within an about 0.05-0.8 times range of the difference between the outside diameter Dn of the metallic member 23 and the outside diameter Dc of the projecting part 22. The projecting part 22 of the ceramic member 21 and the recess 24 of the metallic member 23 are bonded by press fitting, etc., to form the ceramic- metal bonded body. The stress concn. at the fitting end is averted by such ceramic-metallic bonded body. The bonded body is applied to a revolving shaft of a turbocharger rotor, etc. |
