PURPOSE:To take a trunk specified connection test even from a telephone set which belongs to another network by dialing trunk specification information, etc., additionally at the time of an incoming connection from another office. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming trunk ICT detects transition from a free state to an incoming state, a PB/DP combined register trunk REG is selected and the ICT and REG are linked mutually to get ready to receive dial information. When received dial information is a request for the trunk specified connection test, the ICT is placed in an answer state and made ready to receive trunk specification information to be sent in response to a PB signal. When trunk specification information is received, the specified trunk OGT and a sender trunk SND are acquired and connected to get ready to receive and transmit called subscriber number information to be sent with the PB signal. When the transmission of the called subscriber number information is completed, a called subscriber is called by a trailing terminal station to enter a called subscriber answer and a call state in order.
