<p>PURPOSE:To increase the number of degrees of freedom for selection of line width designation and to make a device convenient for use by changing the selected line width in accordance with the length of the time, when a light pen is brought into contact with a prescribed area of a drawing input board, to designate more kinds of line width in one pen touch area. CONSTITUTION:A picture corresponding to an initially set line width is displayed on a line width display part D of a display device 3. When a line width narrower than this line width is designated, a light pen 1 is brought into contact with a line narrowing designation area E1 on a drawing input board 2. Then, a line narrowing processing means 4 changes the picture displayed on the line width display part D to a picture corresponding to a narrower line width in accordance with the pen contacting time. When a line width thicker than the line width displayed on the line width display part D is designated, the light pen 1 is brought into contact with the line thickening designation area E2 of the drawing input board 2. Then, the line thickening processing means 5 changes the picture displayed on the line width display part D to a picture corresponding to a thicker line width in accordance with the pen contacting time.</p> |
