Compounds of the formula wherein R1 is a substituted alkoxy group, or an optionally substituted mercapto or amino group, R2 is a cyclic imino group, R3 is hydrogen, phenyl, alkyl or acyl, and n is 2 or 3, and non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof; the compounds as well as their salts are useful as antithrombotics.
