摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the time for manufacturing and to perform efficient cutting by automatically forming an optimum cutting path according to cutting workpiece shape data, cutting data and set value input in an NC lathe. CONSTITUTION:Whenever cutting data such as cutting workpiece shape data, depth of cut, cutting conditions and tool data are input from a keyboard 2 by means of a guide shown in a display 1, an input control part 3 has each datum memorized in a cutting workpiece shape memory part 4 and a cutting data memory part 5. Set value such as difference and ratio of allowable cutting length input, and increment ratio of allowable depth of cut is memorized in a set value memory part 11 with a set value input control part 10. And a cutting path formation part 6 automatically forms an efficient cutting path according to these data and set value, so this data are memorized in a memory part 7, and depth of cut of a tool is automatically adjusted according to this data. Accordingly, efficiency of cutting can be improved.
