PURPOSE:To execute exactly a reservation by simple operation by displaying in advance a bar-code for showing the information related to a frequency of a broadcast program, a start time, and an end time, on a sheet-shaped body, and reading and recording optically the bar-code. CONSTITUTION:A bar-code sensor 6 executes a scan in the array direction of a bar-code 5, detects the bar-code 5, and provides an output to a waveform shaping circuit 7 through a signal line 19. The waveform shaping circuit 7 brings a detected output waveform to waveform shaping and supplies it to a processing circuit 8, and the processing circuit 8 reads the contents of the bar-code 5, and the read contents are displayed on a display device 10. The processing circuit 8 is connected to a magnetic tape recording/reproducing means 15 which can sound-record and reproduced a radio broadcast program by using a power source switch 12, a radio receiver 13, a television receiver 14, and a magnetic tape, through an interface 11, and a means 16 for bringing a television broadcast program to picture-recording to a magnetic tape, and recording and reproducing the program.
