PURPOSE:To make a desired number of fine holes on an insulating substance with a good accuracy by a method wherein column type top force and bottom force, having cavities, opening on one surface, and indented with multithread screw on the outer periphery of at least one of the forces, are employed. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 11 is opened on one face of a matrix 10, a multithread screw is indented on the outer peripheral surface of the column type matrix 10 and wires (Cu) 12 are wound in the grooves of the multithread screw so as to bridge over the opening of the cavity 11. The matrix 10, wound by the wires, is used as an top force and the matrix 10' of the same type is used as a bottom force while both matrixes are mated and epoxy resin or the like is poured into the cavities 11, 11' to cure it. Subsequently, the top force 10 is split from the bottom force 10' and the poured resin is taken out of the matrix. A molded resin mold 13 is machined into a direction orthogonal to the wires 12 to produce a thin sheet body 13' having a desired size while the wires are molten out of the thin sheet body 13' by employing corrosive liquid thereby forming very fine holes 14. |
