PURPOSE:To obtain the titled non-flexible product of both high air-permeability and dimensional stability, by reaction of a polyol component, i.e. a combination of both low-molecular weight and high-molecular weight polyols in the presence of water, urea compound and solid sugar. CONSTITUTION:The objective product can be obtained by reaction of (A) 100pts. wt. of a polyol component, i.e. a combination of both low-molecular weight and high-molecular weight polyols, in combination with (B) >=1pt.wt. of urea compound (pref. urea) and/or solid sugar (pref. sucrose) and (C) >=2pts.wt. by water as a foaming agent, with (D) an organic polyisocyanate, in the presence of, if needed, catalyst and other ingredient(s). Preferably, said low-molecular weight polyol is of OH-value 200-600, whereas said high-molecular weight polyol 24-56.
