<p>PURPOSE:To prevent missing of pucket from occurring by speeding up the convertion rat of a D/A converter and outputting a voice as compressing it in terms of time when the arrival of voice data is delaying. CONSTITUTION:At time t3 when a line l becomes in vacant state, a station ST1 transmits puckets 4, 5, and 6, which are received by a station STn. At time t4 when the second outputting of the bucket 3 ends, a CPU 20 supplies the voice data in the bucket 4 to a latch port 41 as well as transmits a latch- command LT of frequency fs+DELTAf. By the said command, the voice data in the pucket 4 is converted to a sequential analog signal at an convertion rate of fs+DELTAf, which is amplified by an amplifier 43, and is outputted from a speaker SP. Also the voice data in the puckets 5 and 6 too are outputted at the rate of fs+DELTAf. In this case, assuming DELTAf=fs/2, the convertion rate becomes 3fs/2, and the output voice is compressed to 2/3 in terms of time.</p> |
