PURPOSE:To prevent an adhesive agent from protruding and flowing out from the inside and outside peripheral end faces of a resin substrate, and to simplify the joining process, by forming as one body and providing a thin resin flow part in the diameter direction along the periphery of the inside and outside peripheral end faces, when forming the resin substrate. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer film 5 is formed on a resin substrate 1 on which an outside peripheral resin flow part 2 and an inside peripheral resin flow part 3 have been formed as one body, and an adhesive agent 4 is coated on said film. Also, the resin substrate 1 on which the outside peripheral resin flow part 2 and the inside peripheral resin flow part 3 have been formed as one body is superposed on said film and pressed, and the adhesive agent 4 is spread out evenly on the whole surface of the two pieces of superposed resin substrates 1. The adhesive agent which has protruded from the joint surface of the resin substrate 1 flows to the surface of the outside peripheral resin flow part 2 and the inside peripheral resin flow part 3, but it is checked on the way. In that state, the adhesive agent 4 is hardened, and the inside and outside peripheral flow parts 2, 3 which have been stuck to each other are cut by a cutter 6, by which the joint end face parts of the inside and outside peripheries can be finished simultaneously.
