PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease of rigidity in the vicinity of a scroll winding start part, by forming mounting bolt holes of a turbine housing, mounted to a center housing, in a position excepting a part in the vicinity of the scroll winding start part of the turbine housing. CONSTITUTION:A turbocharger 1 mounts by bolts 7, 8 a turbine housing 3 and a blower housing 4 so as to hold flange parts 2a, 2b in both sides of a center housing 2 respectively by set plates 5, 6. Here bolt holes 2c of the bolts 7, mounting the turbine housing 3 to the center housing 2, are formed in an equal angular space in the peripheral direction excepting a position and departing from said position corresponding to a part in the vicinity of a scroll winding start part 9 in the turbine housing 3. In this way, the turbocharger 1, eliminating a decrease of rigidity in the vicinity of the scroll winding start part 9, can prevent generation of a crack due to thermal stress in the vicinity of said part 9.
