PURPOSE:To enable stable coating and painting, by forming each of a plurality of blade plates, which are arranged so as to surround a certain one point and supported pivotally in a freely swingable manner, from an elastic member for energizing force so as to allow each blade plate to one point. CONSTITUTION:A head molding apparatus 18 is constituted so that blade plates 13a-13d are opened toward the outside by the operation of an external actuator and a gap part P is formed. A writing brush like body 20, of which the head 9 was disturbed, is inserted in said molding apparatus 18 so as to pierce through the part P. The head 19 of the writing brush like body 20 is immersed in the liquid present directly under the head molding apparatus 18 and sufficiently contains the liquid. Next, when the operation of the external actuator is stopped, the blade plates 13a-13d are respectively ready to close toward a zero point. Therefore, the disturbance of the head 19 is corrected as the writing brush like body 20 is pulled off and the excessively contained liquid is squeezed out.
