PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a ruggedness on the surface of the speaker diaphragm even when the external pressure is applied from the surface skin material and the large input is continuously impressed for a long period by providing the rib between sector repeating patterns of the core material. CONSTITUTION:By installing some ribs 2 on the way to a slender cell 1, the distance between a rib 2 and a rib 2 goes to be short and the diametral strength of the core material is raised. Further, when expansion and shrinkage are executed at the time of bonding front and rear skin materials and core materials by providing a small groove at the upper part of the rib 2, the air in the cell runs away to the external and therefore, the ruggedness can not be made at the surface of the front skin material. When a speaker system is dropped in the packed condition, the ruggedness can be made on the surface of a speaker diaphragm by changing the pressure in an exterior packing, and therefore, special specifications to protect a speaker diaphragm are performed, this becomes unnecessary and the packaging cost can be reduced. |
