The ready- formed polymer, an unsatd. momomer and water were mixed and stabilized by stabilizing compds., and then polymerization of the monomers was performed to give the particle dispersion soln. The H.L.B. value of the stabilizing compds. was more than 8, and the compds. had more than one ethylene double bond.
