发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETIC FINE PARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adapt manufacture of fine particles of hexagonal ferrite to mass production and make easier postprocessings by executing the rapid cooling process with a water-atomizing method. CONSTITUTION:BaCO3(BaO), Fe2O3 as the basic component of hexagonal size control additive and CaO and SnO2 as a coersive force control additive are mixed. These raw materials 3 are dissolved within a crucible made of platinum 2 by inductive heating with a high frequency coil 4. Thereafter, the dissolved solution is injected from the injection hole provided at the bottom of crucible 2 with a compressed gas 1 for injection. The injected solution is rapidly cooled and becomes glass substance of fine particles, owing to high pressure water injected from a nozzle 5. This glass substance obtained by water-atomizing method is consisting of fine particle glass, and therefore the surface areas of glass substance are very large and the matrix part is dissolved very effectively and quickly by the acetic acid in the acetic acid extraction process as postprocessing.
