PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a movable mirror device, by installing an inlet to the center of a bobbin so as to connect the bobbin with a damper and the damper with a supporting plate easily and surely. CONSTITUTION:A damper 8 is formed with vulcanization by pouring a material into a mold, in which a bobbin 7 and supporting plate 9 are previously arranged, through an inlet 7a installed to the center of the bobbin 7. At the time of vulcanization forming, bonding of the bobbin 7 with the damper 8 and the damper 8 with the supporting plate 9 is performed simultaneously with the forming of the damper 8 by previously applying an adhesive to the connecting part of the bobbin 7 and supporting plate 9 with the damper 8. Since the vulcanization forming is applied to the damper 8 and bonding of the bobbin 7 with the damper 8 and the damper 8 with the supporting plate 9 is simultaneously performed with the forming, parts whose dimensional accuracy is highly stable, can be supplied and the structure of the forming mold of the damper 8 can be simplified. Moreover, operation time can also be reduced. |
